Stefanos Giannikis

Dr. Stefanos Giannikis was awarded a PhD from the University of Macedonia, Department of Business Administration. He holds an MBA from the University of Macedonia and an MSc in Marketing from the University of Birmingham.

His current areas of research include work/employment restructuring and innovation both in the public and the private sector. Stefanos’ research work has appeared in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, European Management Journal and in the International Journal of Manpower.
