Erika Vaiginiene

Dr Erika Vaiginiene is an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Her research and consulting areas cover the topics of higher education, entrepreneurship and innovation management, and strategic management. Erika holds a PhD in Social science in Business Administration and Management.

Recently Erika has contributed to several studies and evaluations on European and Lithuanian Higher education, entrepreneurship and innovation support programmes. She was involved in the “Global Entrepreneurship Monitor” (2011 – 2014) – the world’s foremost trusted resource on entrepreneurship for key international organisations like the United Nations, World Economic Forum, World Bank, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

She is Adizes (USA) certified change manager, and she is progressing with Foresight methodologies since 2018. She continually studies Foresight techniques at courses organized by the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (UK) in partnership with VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland LTD.
