International Hellenic University (IHU) and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL) are delighted to announce a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that establishes a vibrant partnership between the two institutions. This collaboration aims to elevate international academic offerings, promote cultural exchange, and cultivate a deeper understanding among the diverse student and faculty communities of both universities.

Under the MoU, IHU and SHUPL will engage in a variety of exchange activities tailored to their specific academic and educational needs. These include:

  • Faculty exchanges for teaching and consultation
  • Student exchanges for short and long-term programs
  • Joint research initiatives
  • Development of academic conferences and seminars

Highlighting IHU’s Renowned Legal Programs

A key aspect of this partnership is the opportunity for students to pursue specialised courses offered by IHU’s highly regarded Legal Master’s Programmes. These programs, recognised for their academic rigor and industry relevance, are:

  • LLM in Transnational and European Commercial Law, Banking Law, Arbitration/Mediation
  • MA in Art Law and Arts Management
  • MSc in Energy Law, Business, Regulation and Policy

The agreement also fosters the exploration of a joint Master’s programme, a valuable platform for scholarly exchange. Additionally, it supports the establishment of fellowship positions designed to bolster research, teaching, and mentoring activities.
