The Memorandum was signed on Wednesday, 2 September 2020 at a special event held at the Bar Association of Thessaloniki premises by the President of the Governing Board of the International Hellenic University Professor Athanasios Kaissis and the President of the Bar Association Dr Efstathios Koutsochinas.
