In the framework of the operations management module, students will be engaged in the management of the process that converts inputs (e.g., raw materials, energy, capital and labour) into outputs (products and\/or services).<\/p>\n<p>Subjects covered include the principles of general management, manufacturing, production control, plant management, systems analysis, productivity analysis, cost control, and materials planning.
