She received her Ph.D. from Brown\u00a0University in May 2014 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Boston\u00a0University and University of Athens. Her research interests are in the\u00a0areas of cryptography, security and data privacy. She focuses on designing\u00a0provably secure cryptographic schemes for a variety of applications such\u00a0as privacy preserving identity management, secure electronic payments and\u00a0private and scalable blockchain transactions.
