Eng. at Boston University. He has chaired the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy and the International Energy Charter\u2019s Investment Group. He was personally involved, among others in power market implementations in England and Italy. He holds a PhD in chemical engineering and has taken over the coordination of the Greek Technology Platform for Sustainable Chemistry (SusChem Greece). He served as he has served as President and CEO of DEDDIE, the Operator of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network, as well as Deputy CEO of the Public Power Corporation (PPC).
