Komninos Komnios<\/h2>\n

Komninos Komnios is an Associate Professor at the International Hellenic University (IHU), Fellow 2023-24 at Catolica Global School of Law, and a Board Member of the Hellenic Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water. Dr. Komnios holds a Ph.D. (Doctor Iuris) from Saarland University and a post-doctoral thesis on evidence in national and international commercial arbitration. He has received advanced training in Mediation, Dispute Resolution, and Law from Tulane University School of Law and the Institut f\u00fcr Anwaltsrecht an der Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin. Dr. Komnios is a skilled attorney-at-law and an accredited mediator with extensive experience in legal advising and dispute resolution, and he has served as a legal advisor for various organizations. His research interests include the intersection of procedural law and digital technologies, arbitration, mediation, and energy law, and he has published over 70 books and papers (Greek, English, German) in the field.<\/p>\n
