Dr Konstantinos Fouskas
Konstantinos Fouskas has a B.Sc. in Business administration, Athens University of Economics and Business (2000), an MBA specialized in e-Business, Athens University of Economics and Business (2001), and a PH.D. in Innovation and Strategic Management, Athens University of Economics (2007). He is currently Lecturer in the Department of Applied Informatics, University of Macedonia at the position of Innovation for new products and services. He is also teaching in the Department of Information & Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean and is a guest lecturer in iMBA in Athens University of Economics and Business. He teaches and performs research in the areas of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management and Strategy, New product and service development, Electronic and Mobile Business.
For almost 20 years, he has developed significant experience in business development and innovation, strategy formulation, management, financial and accounting, technology transfer and development of early-stage entrepreneurship. His activities are related to both the business and the academic sector. He has been an entrepreneur participating in many ventures related to e-Business for B2B and B2C services based on technological and business innovation, while teaching practical applications and mentoring new entrepreneurs, regardless of their age and experience. He has been a part of several mentorship programs, committees and competitions in the University of Macedonia, Athens University of Economics and Business, University of the Aegean, Ionian University and more. He is also participating in SMEs supporting actions such as ACE-in, Ekkinisi Lab and has been a member of the European space agency technology transfer team (ESA TT) and has been a member of a winning team of the iBank competition in 2014 (4th place).
