Aims The module aims to provide a good understanding of the distinguishing features of venture capital and the practical skills to structure and value Private Equity, a practical understanding of the principle features of the Venture Capital and Private Equity fields and how to identify and exploit profitable opportunities. Another aim of this course is to provide an in-depth understanding of the types of funds available to companies through the capital markets. It also deals with the issues involved in structuring and executing capital-raising transactions.
