Aims
The aim of this course is to help you develop leadership skills and how to manage and motivate teams. This course identifies these critical leadership skills and provides ideas and tools for improving them. The overarching theme of the course is self-awareness, motivation and team-working. It assists students to develop a general framework for recognizing and dealing with rapid change in business
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Analyse and synthesise effective leader behaviours in the international enterprise, and to research, write, and present analyses of leadership situations and problems in context
- Evaluate and develop their individual leadership skills in diverse situations
- Discuss the relationships between leadership and performance in the international business
- Undertake advanced research in the area of international leadership

- Managing the performance of individual subordinates
- Establishing productive relationships with peers and seniors over whom the manager has no formal authority
