Aims

The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic understanding and knowledge of the key concepts and analytical skills underpinning the effective management of projects in any industry sector. Students will learn the responsibilities and essential tools and techniques required to successfully plan, manage, control and evaluate any major project in a complex environment. Students will develop the fundamental skills required of all project managers: critical reasoning skills, quantitative analytical skills and integrative skills, from both a theoretical and practical viewpoint.
