Aims
This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the concepts of creativity, innovation and design thinking and their fundamental principles, help them comprehend the basics of the design process, develop skills and capabilities appropriate for innovativeness and improved customer solutions and encourage them to think in more creative ways.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the course participants will be able to:
- Define and interpret the concept of design thinking and its linkage with innovativeness
- Understand the basics of design thinking and the design process
- Develop discovery skills and optimize ability to innovate
